•Fees must be paid in full before joining any program.

•Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

 

3. Health and Safety

•Participants must be medically fit to train. We are not liable for injuries unless caused by negligence.

•Emergency medical care may be provided if needed.

 

4. Intellectual Property

 

All content, logos, and materials on our website or at our academy are owned by MajestiX Sports Football Academy. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

 

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in our programs.

 

6. Termination

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any participant who violates our rules or behaves inappropriately.
